One of my clients says that he no longer needs to set his alarm clock. That he is so looking forward to his day that he’s jumping out of bed. Since working with me he has been able to step into a new role of managing a company, buy his first business and manage both virtually from his new second home in another country during lockdown. He has just set up another business and he states that he wouldn’t have been able to do it all without me.
On another level I’ve been able to take someone who was failing and helped turn them around so that they are now being fast tracked up the company. In 2012 I had a complete breakdown and left the NHS. I’d seen one of my colleagues get badly hurt and another colleague murdered his partner – I thought the whole world had turned upside down and I suffered PTSD and chronic fatigue. I was an Occupational Therapist working in Prison and Psychiatric Intensive Care in London.
I initially thought I’d never work again but after taking 2 years off and retraining as a Life and Corporate / Executive Coach I set up my own business. I have 20 years’ experience working in Mental Health and also teaching Yoga, Meditation (incl Yoga Nidra) and Yoga Therapy. I also have 15 years experience in banking and so putting all of my knowledge together and working for myself was the logical next step.
When Covid-19 first hit I completed further training with iRest Yoga Nidra Deep Meditation, as I knew I wanted more tools to help with the Fear, Panic, Trauma and Fatigue that was going to ensue.
My Mission is to help you be your best self, to really thrive and bring something new into the world, and above all to ensure that you don’t burn out and really enjoy the journey. To help you find a way to have more ease in your life and to surf the challenges. There will always be struggles and obstacles, but I’ll help ensure that you can ride and navigate them - learning to respond vs just reacting. Ensuring you will always know the right action and can do the work and lead the life you want.
The next couple of years may be tough. It may take 5 years before we have any type of stability, or a new normal. The truth is no-one knows – so we need to get comfortable feeling uncomfortable and not knowing everything - learning to accept what is, whilst deciding what we want and what actions to take….

How I Work
You can work with me either individually or I can work with your team. Depending on what you need, we may just use Coaching, or iRest Deep Meditation, or both as they are the perfect match. I work mainly virtually now, but I also see some clients in my office at home.
I offer a free initial strategy consultation – to explore what you need. I then draw up an exact plan for either you or your staff. I can provide you with sample reports to see just how the psychometrics work, or a taster Meditation session. If I am working with a company I suggest a free taster group Meditation Session, so you can really feel the effects and see the potential – iRest has to be experienced.
I typically work with people for between 6 and 12 sessions. For larger projects we may work together for a lot longer. iRest is delivered as an 8 week course for a group. Individual iRest sessions typically run from about 6 to 12 weeks, although I have high profile people who continue to have fortnightly check-ins to both manage their stress and drive their development to previously unimaginable heights.
I have a team of Harrison associates and my own international team of iRest Meditation facilitators from diverse backgrounds including the US Military.
Who I Work With
I work with Individuals, leaders, executives, HR Managers and employees from a wide range of backgrounds and industries. I’ve done a lot of work with big pharma and health but also manufacturing, Corporates and boutique Medium-sized businesses and individuals who come to me direct.
My clients are often people who like to challenge themselves – who not only want to be the best they can but also deeply care about developing others, with a drive to be exceptional leaders and a yearning to grow others, a lot like myself actually. Some of them enter Tough Man competitions, are into Wild Fit and survival weekends with Bear Grylls. Some run their own companies or are serial entrepreneurs, whilst others are Execs or individual Financial Traders. One key thing across my work is enabling an Elite mindset for either yourself or your team.
What is iRest® Meditation?
When you have iRest meditation in your life it’s like having a comfort blanket, a Sanctuary, but it’s inside yourself. Somewhere you can return to each day – release, relax and recharge. Where you can rebalance and return to being your true or best self. iRest teaches you tools for life – to distinguish and prioritise better - make better decisions and therefore always know the right action to take.
Giving you more time to enjoy the things you like doing. You’ll experience more joy in your life. You’ll be happier and have greater ease and better relationships. You’ll learn how to take care of yourself first and how you only need to work 4-5 hours a day – if you are at your optimum. Interspersed with periods of deliberate rest. Conversely we become less productive the more hours we work.
So, how does iRest do all this? It’s something you can learn in about 6-12 sessions. Initially you’ll practise for 35 minutes, but once mastered you can reach the same results in only 20 or even 12 minutes. It’s an easy 10 step process – that you can do anywhere - seated, lying down, eyes open or closed, or even walking around. It feels like hitting the reset button on your computer and you feel a sense of renewal and rejuvenation – like being out in nature or after a good nights sleep. iRest will also improve your sleep and some studies equate 30 minutes of practice to getting 2 hours of REM sleep.
iRest works by taking you through altered states of conscious – through all 4 stages of sleep – whilst still being awake. Welcoming everything as a messenger – directing you to take right action, by accepting everything as it is. Allowing ourselves to fully experience difficult thoughts / emotions, they can ultimately pass through us leaving no trace.

HARRISON Psychometrics
I am a Harrison Assessments & Talents Solutions (HATS) Consultant. Harrison Assessments are based on enjoyment/performance theory – that we perform better doing what we enjoy, and also the fact that humans are paradoxical by nature. Harrison isn’t a personality test and it doesn’t put you in little boxes – Harrison acknowledges how paradoxical humans are and helps you to be your best and get the best outcome!
Using HATS state of the art technology, we can measure what is usually immeasurable. For example, how diplomatic are you, but also how frank can you be? How do you make decisions? How do you enforce rules? And how can you manage to be both collaborative and authoritative at the same time? In a pictorial graph this gives you a very clear understanding of what you need to do to give you the best outcome.
From a single 20 minute on-line assessment I am able to pull off up to 42 personalised reports for you – including Paradox, Leadership and Sales Master. We then drill down into exactly what is holding you back – in order to make you much more successful!
